UMI Films is a company that specialises in creative development and film production. Based in Rome, its mission is to unveil a fresh new wave of filmmakers and storytellers.

UMI's founding members are the film director Marescotti Ruspoli and the producers Bardo Tarantelli and Lorenzo Fiuzzi.

UMI completed the production of AMUSIA, the debut film of Marescotti Ruspoli.
The cast counts French icon Fanny Ardant, established actor Maurizio Lombardi, the experienced Adriano Chiaramida, and the rising stars Carlotta Gamba and Giampiero De Concilio.
The cinematography is by Luca Bigazzi, DoP of directors such as Paolo Sorrentino, Abbas Kiarostami, Gianni Amelio, Paolo Virzì, Mario Martone.

Amusia received funding by MIC Opere Cinematografiche di Giovani Autori Bando per la concessione di contributi selettivi per la produzione di opere cinematografiche e audiovisive - Art. 26 della legge n.220 del 2016 - Anno 2020,
